The cutting edge part of the diamond cutting disc is covered with a layer of metal at the factory. Before use, the metal part of this layer needs to be scraped off to expose the diamond particles inside before it can be used normally.
Precautions when using diamond cutting discs:
First, it is necessary to check whether the accessories are complete before cutting, and drip the lubricating oil on the machine. The operator cannot directly operate it, and must wear a protective cover to improve the production safety factor.
Second, when cutting, the marble needs to be placed flat and parallel to the ground is the best, so as to ensure that it will not be cut crookedly and cause waste of stone. Before cutting, draw a horizontal line at the cutting position to reduce cutting errors.
Third, if there is abnormal noise or vibration of the equipment during cutting, you must stop operating the machine immediately, and then turn off the power for maintenance.
Fourth, when cutting marble, the speed should not be too fast, otherwise the marble will be damaged, and cutting too fast will generate excessive heat due to friction and wear the cutting blade. If the cutting disc is deformed, it can no longer be used and needs to be replaced with a new cutting disc.
Fifth, after the cutting operation is completed, the parts need to be stacked in order, the debris generated during the work should be cleaned up, and the machine should be coated with protective oil.
